  • ph (859) 250-4744.  Check-in is 2pm-9:30pm Friday and Saturday, Sunday-Thursday 2pm-8:30pm. Eastern time.  If you don't think you can make the check-in times, please ask us before paying for a campsite.
  • This is a privately owned family business. In no event does the management (owner) assume risk or responsibility for injury or damage to the person or property of the camper or of their guests. 
  • 1. Please read these rules carefully. If you don’t follow our rules, we have the right to evict you from our property without a refund.  There is no refund if you pay and decide to leave before your departure date.
  • 2. You are renting a campsite like you would a motel room; in and out dates apply. Therefore, if you do not leave on time, we will charge you another day.  If you refuse to leave and do not pay, we will have someone tow you out.
  • 3. All of our guests staying by the week or month must notify us at least three days prior to their departure date and pay by the end of their original departure date if they want to stay longer.
  • 4. Each site is restricted to one camping unit. The site is to be kept clean, and if staying for more than a week, you must weed around your camper and personal items.  (No oversized mats in the grass area; a small one is fine.). There is a  maximum of  one or two vehicles per campsite and must be able to fit in the driveway.  If you have additional vehicles, you may park near the shower house.  Do not move the picnic tables without asking first.  Do not place anything like straw on the campsite grounds.  Absolutely no washing of your camper or vehicles on our property.
  • 5. For campsites 1–27, please enter to the right after the gate and exit by going around to the back. Campsites 28–32 may go straight, but watch for oncoming traffic.
  • 6. Dogs are allowed and must be kept on a leash. Please keep dog droppings picked up. (No vicious dogs are allowed.).  You may not keep a dog tied up on a rope or chain or in a cage outside when the owner is not present.  We prefer that you not leave your dog unattended for a long period of time.  If we get numerous complaints that your dog is barking excessively and find poop not removed after a few warnings, we will ask you to leave without a refund. There is a $25 cash deposit for a dog if you stay for a month or more.  If there is no damage to our property from your dog, you will receive the deposit back when you leave our campground.
  • 7.  PLEASE TELL US IF YOU PLAN ON HAVING ANY VISITORS. 
  • 8. BB guns, pellet guns, or firearms are prohibited on our property.
  • 9. All garbage is to be placed in the dumpster; don’t put cans or bottles on the ground or in the fire pits.  If you continue to leave a mess on the ground, we will tell you to leave without a refund.
  • 10. If you use our shower house, please clean up after yourself. Absolutely no writing on the bathroom walls or anything else. 
  • 11. No pools or sprinklers are allowed.  The city of Augusta has a pool, open from noon until 6pm, 10 minutes away, in the summer months.
  • 12. Mind the no-trespassing signs near the creek. The property on the other side of the creek does not belong to us. 
  • 13. Most of our campsites have sewer hookups. If you rent one without a sewer, the dump station is available for our customers only.
  • 14.  Please do not bring in fireworks or shoot any off on the campground property. 
  • 15.  In the late fall and winter, you may not keep your faucets running or dripping inside your camper, We have a leak detector that will tell us when water is running all the time.
  • 16.  A waiver, camp form and rules must be signed before entering your campsite. 
  •       We will provide the waiver upon arrival.
  • 17.  Do not bring in a load of firewood.  We have some for sale.  Please ask us first.
  • 18.  Quiet time is from 11pm to 8 am Sunday-Thursday and 12 am to 8 am on Friday and Saturday.
  • 19.  Absolutely no electric space heaters, outside under your camper or inside your camper 
  • to heat with in the winter, we prefer the use of propane to heat your camper.
  • Check-in time is 2pm or later, but before dark.  Check-out time is by noon.
